Yesterday concluded your A to Z of Wellbeing. This was 26 days of Wellbeing offering you an opportunity to work “little and often” on your self-development. Each day revealed a word attached to the next letter in the alphabet that has proved to be significant in terms of wellbeing over the 15 years I’ve been offering wellbeing coaching and stress management training.
In less than 10 minutes each day you could reflect, ask yourself questions or simply add to your knowledge about wellbeing. You can choose to do this as lightly, or as in depth, as you would like.
The A to Z is a good place to start if you’ve never consistently looked at Wellbeing before, and is a great refresher that will help you deepen your knowledge and take action to improve your own wellbeing, if you’ve been into self-development for some time.
Currently the A to Z is available on my blog with one day to one blog, so you can go through it at your own pace. Early next year, you will be able to get a copy of it in one document, so please let me know if you would like me to send you a copy directly once it becomes available.
Please email me at change@coresense.co.uk and share your feedback on the A to Z, and ask away, if you have any questions.
Do let me know if you’re interested in finding out more about working with me. Currently I have a range of group programmes starting in January and February, as well as working privately with me which allows you to have focused attention on each and every area of your life, career and relationships.
